I visited there for renewal of ATM, ? but customer service agent told system is not working, he told me you have to sign etc etc... But when I went to other branch they issued me ATM ?.
bad service, i think they need trining
Very slow service in all the fields. Only person dealing with large number of people. This Bank needs to increase the staff and give professional trainings to their employees.
Staff are not active.. they are very slow If you have any problem with online banking don't visit the branch.. they don't know any thing about it.. they are simply saying call to the customer care
It has been more than hour and m still waiting for my turn! This is really so frustrating but yeah who cares.... First and last time
