I was supposed to visit bank alfalah to get a company account opened for my business. After around 30 minutes of wait time Mr. Azeem (customer representative) from g1 block johar town lahore branch rudely answered as we have to wait for atleast 2 more hours (his behaviour meant we can leave even if we want and nobody would care). I wish your customer service was as helpful and kind as you show in your tv ads and banners, this was one of the most insulting and embarrassing moment for me and my business partner so we had nothing on us but to leave as I don't think there is a single source of authentic complaints here in Pakistan that'd actually take any action. But because of this experience I will never in my life ever recommend anyone bank alfalah ever again and being a literate citizen of Pakistan I will try my best to share this experience with the community or anyone even planning to visit bank AlFalah. Thankyou JazakAllah for the outcome, I really don't know as nothing really happens in Pakistan. I just want everyone to be treated with respect and honour even if you are having a bad day does not mean you can make your customers day worse
The staff behavior is non-professional and rude as they make fun of the customers. The generator of bank often break downs and staff refuse to process transactions as systems don't have power.
The worst management ever faced ? no rules and regulations

They deserve zero star seriously When today I wrote a review based on reality & my experience showing their real face to the world, they attacked my personal business page. This is the standard of their management & the people they have. They can only fool customers but unfortunately they are unaware of Pakistanis, Pakistan is a great nation & every single citizen of Pakistan deserves respect.
