such a bad experience. not recommended.
Being in the banking sector implies u r in the service industry and thus need to be polite and accommodating to your customers. .However ,I strongly feel that the manager of this branch fails to understand this aspect.I am also an account holder in this branch but when I asked fr a small favour from Mr.Naveed regarding arranging of new Rs 5 coins fr my business ,he initially ignored my text messages and when I visited him personally to request him,he arranged old and new Rs 5 coins of a very low amount.He not only asked me to sort them out on my own but also said that it is the maximum he can do fr me.He even said I can close my account and shift it to another bank if others are more helpful.On the contrary when I approached Summit and Faysal bank in I 9 where I do not even have an account they took it upon themselves to contact other branches of their own and different banks to arrange coins worth 100k.

pathetic experience. doesn't know how to deal with customer, Main issue is there servers are always down. very pathetic experience.
I visit here only to pay gas and electric bills. And the best this is token system. I just take token and comfortably sit till my turn.
