Its ok like other banks of Pakistan. No value of normal costumers. Rich is rich and have vip protocol every where in Pakistan
Alfalah's ATM is the fastest, I've never seen an atm this fast. GGs
I visited the Bank Alfalah branch adjacent to Beech tree on university road. The office is small but found staff very cooperative. They were following COVID SOPs and were providing masks to the customers who were not wearing the masks. The credit card management is not available here. On inquiry, the branch manager politely guided me about the Bank Alfalah card center in saddar which specifically deals with credit cards customers. The bank Alfalah has improved much especially their Alfa App and Alfa Mall is good option for installments plans with zero mark up.
I am not very impressed on my very first visit to Bank Alfalah Main Saddar Branch, thou had a very good image of Alfalah in mind but on my enterance behaviour of Security guard was very rude. On entrance their was not a single person on reception counter .. While inquring about Ihsas Emergency stuffer not even songle was avalible to attend those eligible for the Corona relief cash started by the Govt of Pakistan distributing it through Bank Alfalah in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ..
Bank is ok, staff is very cooperative. Specially branch manager.
