uneducated staff.. rude..
It has un-Ethical staff having rude behavior with costumers. I'm going to transfer my account to another branch of HBL. Staff do not take responsibility to send your requests to main branch even they forget their customer's concerning requests. I think, their are just few customers having a heavy weight account can get respect. Stag don't know the way of serving as compare to other banking sectors.
