AXA has been extremely difficult to work with. Most service is only in French which is a problem for me. AXA refused me access to my account information 5 times in a one year period. I was asked to provide certain data - which I did 5 times. Then my account was opened for about one month when they again asked for the same info, then stopped my access to my account. I have finally changed banks to one that offers a physical building - not thru internet only.
Absolutely unprofessional and trushy bank, who discriminate people based on nationality, take you money and stay away from this place Ps customer support can speak English but they instructed not too, so guys all bad reviews are well deserved
