Despite several written and telephone follow-ups with the branch manager, I have received no response regarding my case. LCL mediation has also been ineffective. I simply expect a clear and professional response, but it seems to me that this is not a straightforward matter for this branch.
I've been there several times just to change a simple phone number. The information changes every time I go. The manager is unpleasant and immediately aggressive. Avoid at all costs.
