I am very disappointed by the service I received at the branch. I only went there to sign some documents and scan my ID so it could be sent to another CIC branch (which is part of the same institution). During my visit, some of the comments made to me seemed inappropriate and unprofessional, particularly when I was asked why I didn't open my account directly at the branch and was told that they "aren't secretaries." This type of remark is inappropriate and does not reflect the level of service one has the right to expect.

I have been a business client for many years and have never been disappointed. The CIC branch offers serious, efficient, and personalized support. A big thank you to the manager, Mr. Diago, who stands out for his availability and professionalism; a relationship of trust that has stood the test of time!
