File opened in Dutch, apparently not a good plan since they only see the words they want to see in order not to pay. Asked to review the file, in the meantime 5 months have passed and I am still waiting for a response. Signed as ‘ Independent broker – courtier indépendant’ But simply profiles itself as an ‘intermediary’ as soon as there is a file. Easy commission, ideal business found :) Hopefully they will still take their responsibility so that I can also revise my judgment. To date, I do not recommend anyone to take out insurance here!

I'm giving one star for being able to leave a review... We had an appointment at 4 PM for a mortgage with a certain Ms. Kristel V. S. We waited until 4:45 PM, only to leave because she was busy. We didn't even receive an apology email from her or a new appointment! Customer service leaves much to be desired...

First and last appointment for information about a mortgage. Kristel V. S. tried to force us to open a current account (written on the document we were to sign), telling us it wasn't for opening an account and that we absolutely had to sign. Result: no information about the loan, and lies to boot. 1 star because I can't give 0

We were helped by Nathalie, who couldn't have been better. She's a fantastic lady who provides excellent service! Customer service and quality are paramount at this office; I definitely recommend it!

I've been trying to get a response about renting a car for two weeks now. For two weeks they keep telling me they'll call me back, but for two weeks they've been treating me like an idiot and haven't called me back. This is ridiculous.
