Good environment, clean place, well kept. Fairly helpful management and staff especially front desk. Islamic banking is not available at F10 Branch. Customer rush peaks around 11a.m. Location is convenient, ATM located adjacent to bank. Parking in front of bank is a big issue. Avoid rush hours or park behind the bank.
I got the number and waited for more than an hour and then the staff told me that the number didn't work because I'm not a customer of this bank. The bill I took is to pay at your bank. Why not The bank and the staff outside are very bad. It is recommended to change it quickly. I went there twice before without any problem. This time I was very speechless and wasted my time. Such a big bank details are so bad. It should be handled for the customer. If you don't accept it, don't give the ticket.
Poor banking and management. Walk-ins are not served properly. Long queues and their automated system for counters are also not working. Senior citizens and women should have seperate counter.
The most crowded bank you will ever be at. The teller at counter number 1 is the only one that deals with regular walk in customers and coincidentally is the slowest and rudest of them all!
I saw mostly were saying that this bank is good nice Environment etc. I have first bad experience with this bank. I went for check deposit and staff keep saying you will get money today. Now its been 72 hours and my check does not deposited yet.
