This bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff. I am very impressed by their vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and wonferful team-mates. Their reputation is well-earned.
It's very close to where I live so it's convenient
Extremely poor service. No respect for customers. Staff is so lazy and non cooperative. They make civilians wait in long lines in these hot summers but that doesn't imply on Army/Rangers persons. You can easily enter without waiting in line if you're either in army or have other connections. Completely "sifarish" and Army privilege atmosphere going on there. Don't waste your time there. Other banks have so much better to offer. Personally, this is the worst experience I've ever had visiting a bank.
Lazy staff, specifically cashier, they are busy in gossip each other
