ANZ Gothic Specialist Hub 388 Collins Street Melbourne

Quite a late submission review. I came in here for a break away from the heat. It was cooling and quiet in the building, and the older people who were also there for a glance were so welcoming. I was approached by a man ever so welcoming, letting me know that there's drawers where you can access a view of some historical stuff with anz back then ect and that I can take as many pictures as I'm wanting to. This place is a beautiful, clean, frozen part of history. It was not crowded at all as well. Such amazing displays of the gothic architecture, tucked away from minimalism.

Very friendly service at the fastest time possible on the last working day of the year! Thank you Richi & Allan in the home loan services. The gothic bank building is also a Melbournian gen that you MUST visit regardless of banking with ANZ or not... Simply STUNNING

I recently visited this branch (388 Collins St) to open my new account. As it was my very first bank account in Australia, I was a bit anxious to know how things are done here. I was greeted promptly in the branch and guided to the banker for my appointment. Nothing felt complex, and in a short period, I had an active account that I could access immediately via my phone while I waited for the physical card to arrive in the post. Furthermore, I was very impressed with the banker's knowledge and excellent advice.
