Nathan is superb in resolving customer issue in this branch. He fixed my profile issue in 5 minutes after I explained him with 2 or 3 sentences. This is same issue other ANZ employee failed to understand what it is and wasted my time for hours on the phone by tossing me between each specialist (?) departments. Thank Nathan because I was going to close all my personal snd business accounts with ANZ due to the issue. However, the issue was not resolved another 4 weeks so closed the account now.

I had some issues with my business account and was told I’d need to visit a branch. I went in expecting to lose half a day, but the team were absolutely amazing. I was in and out within 15 minutes, and they really valued my time. Everyone was all smiles for a Monday morning, which made the experience even better.

Shocking excuse of an ANZ branch. Went in to do a telegraphic transfer. Staff did not look like happy to be working and mentioned that there was only 2 staff (missing manager) and unable to authorise TF as require an initiator and 2 other staff to authorise. They could ring another branch and get another staff to help authorise but clearly didnt give 2 hoots so handed me a number to call a call centre based overseas to get it done. Rang the number and the operator after spending 30 minutes on the phone on hold could not access my account as "her system crashed" and wanted to put me back in the Q to be on hold for another 30 minutes. Mentioned to her that I was in a rush and needed this one done ASAP. So hung up the phone and walked back into the branch again! There was attended by another staff member who had absolutely no idea what she was doing there and did not understand how a telegraphic transfer works or when the funds would be cleared!
