Bank are usually offer best service than other public offices , allied bank is also practicing this practice politeness and soft language is needed to be more improved. The customer are not always educated and we'll manered, so the staff need to pay them attention politely, and impotNt thing which I observe in many banks , that they are not displaying officer name with their Job nature on their tables So some time a customer feel hesitation to whom ask for help. And to how find the right person for their activity
