Very poor and unprofessional service, Staff is very ignorant and confused about basics. I wanted to convert my account to business account and ended up wasting 5 hours, due to their negligance and its been 23 days, and i haven't got any update from them. They just threw away the documents i guess. If you are planning to open an account, do not go to this branch, they are useless.
