Few months before this branch renovated.Manager. Staff also replaced. Earler reluctanted to take utility bills. Now currently regularly taking Utility bills.I will suggest to everyone.If found any problem and unsatisfactory service in any bank or branch. Do file online complain with complete details. Do not argue or fight.simply online file complain. I had experience with two banks. On my complains they immediately took actions. Every bank having website and customers complains option. But keep in mind every bank equiped withh cctv recording facilities. You must have proper genuine points,details,proof to justify your grievance. Consumer rights need to develop!
Have been calling since 2 days on their call center number, no one is attending, once the operator attended after half an hour wait but after attending again he kept me on hold till i disconnected myself.
