Horrible banking experience ... Not all but the teller i had an interaction with was so careless about wearing a mask even during peak covid ... When i asked him to wear one he said covid was done and gone ... Overall apart from his incompetence in completing simple tasks ... I had to go multiple times just to activate an account i had to call and ask multiple times why extra charges were added why services were given that i didnt request... It was a nightmare of a banking experience.... And apart from this branch the other allied branches and atms woulf either be out of order or not have information regarding any queries that i had .... Pathetic service and an even worde banking experience.
