Today I visited ABL Karimabad branch and I am very happy
Used to be good bank but services now are not that good. One of my friend had worst experience, he said that their customer support team is the worst. They cannot accommodate one person who has been calling in over and over again to get a case forwarded since the past 6 weeks. Whenever he calls a new rep takes his info from the scratch and promises to escalate the case on priority basis. While this is a rubbish standard sentence that you probably say to every customer to calm them down
