My name is Muhammad Sarfraz and I am an American citizen and I am shocked to observe a non cooperation and rude behavior of a cashier at ABL fareed gate branch Bahawal pur who just refused to deliver a remitance sent from USA to this branch. I sent this little amount to a person whose name has three parts and the aap I do use to send the money always requires First and and last name of recipient but they refused to give money to the recipient by saying this is incomplete name while I sent them the picture of pattern of the app and all screenshots of process of sending the money. But they refused and the way they refused was humiliating to me when I was talking with any cashier there. They showed a poor level of professionalism.
