Extremely rude staff even lady staff is not having sense that how to deal with people and also ineligible and untrained people, extremely disappointed ?
The staff at this branch is extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the official called me by rudely by saying " Tu idher aa" many times without any reason. He was walking here and there inside the branch. He even said that you are a beggar like all Pakistani's after I asked them to please cooperate. He was too proud of his white hair which he mentioned that were not because of sun light. I kept my emotions intact and used words like Sir and please but the disrespect I faced tore my heart.
