This isn't a comment on the bank itself - rather on this branch and it's extremely terrific branch manager. It's a small branch. It caters to DHA Phase 6 and Phase 7 residents. It's very strategically located near the new DHA Markaz or Fairways Commercial and will benefit alot over time. Anyway, don't be dissuaded by it's emptiness. This is temporary. The staff is good but the branch manager is great. Extremely efficient, very cooperative, very helpful. Always has a "get it done" attitude and is a problem solver. When the Fairways Commercial kicks off, this branch will go places because of that guy. I'd bet on him and suggest you do too. That his workload is less right now means it's a good time to build your relationship up with him! ;)

Staff is nicer than most other banks but quite incompetent and slow. The bank's system is down for most hours in the day and the staff is not well trained - they don't know about many rules and regulations. They will take forever to do a simple task such as get an account open.

Newer branch with highly courteous staff. Not all services might be available but they are courteous enough to arrange them through other nearby branches.

Unprofessional staff. Long ques, doesn't feel like a private bank. More like a third class governmental bank.
