This is one of the oldest ABL branches in Iqbal Town. It's neat and clean but generally very busy. Can take up to half an hour to simply cash a cheque. While my personal interaction with the staff has generally been possitive, I have seen customers being told "this is not my job" and generally being uncooperative. I tend to give benefit of doubt so 4 stars, though I feel 3 stars is more accurate.
Good service
I used here only ATM it was neat and clean and even floor was mopped properly. However according to SOP they must have hand sanitizer and tissue next to ATM machine which was not available so only 2 stars
Very good experience, staff is very cooperative.
Lazy staff they just dont want to do work.
