Slow service, limited sitting chairs, parking area only for 3 cars whole the customer numbers usually exceeds 10 at a time.
quite possibly the worst bank in all of Jeddah, understaffed, disorganized, no number system, people cut in line and the stuff just lets them sit disregarding all the people waiting in line same for ladies, all that for a service that would be resolved by phone in other banks
If you want to open a a new bank account without much paper work, than Alinma would be the best choice as they dont asked for much requirements and create your bank account I few steps.

Very slow . And just one staff serving the customers , that too he is too slow . And when my turn came he just called another person in between. And after that he said he will call me next which he did not . Highly not recommend to come to this branch.
