long long long g waiting time employees are extremely slow only 2 of the the employees are available. Is this ALAINMA BANK!!! I don't anderstand
1 star for the false information The description mentions the timing of the bank being from 1pm to 10pm on thursdays I visited from a long distance only to find the bank closed with the card on the door that read open from 9:30am to 4:30 pm sunday to thursday Please correct the timing mentioned here so others don't have their time wasted and have to return disappointed
It took the women’s section over one hour to show me how to transfer funds from my account to my international bank using my iPhone and Ms. REEM was still not able to complete ( I needed someone to speak fluent English) this simple procedure so she ended up making a paper transaction for this procedure. Next time I’ll go to the men’s section to assist me.
Needs more customer services staff to expedite the process
