Al Barka Bank 76-R1 Main Boulevard Block R1

Very disappointing service, I never saw these kind of attitude of employees in any other bank. Usually they are busy on their mobile phones. And not guide you properly in any matter. Due to my Company requirements I go for open my salary account here otherwise I don't Like to enter the door of this bank. They are take 20+ days to open an account. Where other banks opens your account number with in 7 days. To many charges on everything like sms service, chequebook, atm etc. Not recommend!

The branch is well maintained and usually not crowded. The staff is also nice. Parking is a problem here.

I wish I could assign "Zero" star for this review. The staff is rude and unsupportive. The staff always come up with unprofessional and lame excuses. Its been more than 40 days now that I haven't received my ATM or checkbook; hence, unable to operate my account by any means (No ATM, NO checkbook, NO internet banking, NO phone banking) Prolonged and pathetic services The worst bank I ever experienced

0% customer service. When I go for opening my account they put me on waiting list for a month take my credentials and fee and without any logical reasons they delayed.

Very good experience with bank. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered. Highly recommend
