We contacted several banks about buying a home. I have to admit, I didn't think much of Migros Bank. My opinion has radically changed to the positive. Mr. Mühlemann gave me extremely good advice and I felt very comfortable. We then decided on Migros Bank. The software (e-banking app / e-banking on the PC) needs to be improved. These do not reflect this bank at all as the software is outdated. Otherwise everything great.

Were always satisfied with the services, conditions and service.
The management also "kept down to earth" and didn't give themselves huge bonuses.
Likeable bank with Migros principles.

I've been trying to open an account at the Migros Bank in the shopping center for 9 months!
Last year signed all the documents in the bank.
I was told I will get account in 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks, no reply received.
Asked again at the Bank at the beginning of August, they told me it was delayed at the head office, the documents will be sent in 2 weeks.
Spoke to the bank manager in November, she was very unprofessional! tells me
it's not her fault, other staff did everything wrong. They also lost all of my documents (ID copy)
The employee has been terminated. she gossips about other employees!
I'm not interested in the internal problems, I want to open an account.
Each time there are other employees in this bank. Nobody knows anything.
I tried to contact customer service. I waited 15 minutes and was hung up.
Last tried in December. Still not working.
Migros-Bank does not charge any fees but it is very difficult to open an account. It is also difficult to communicate in English in this bank.
Customer service is getting worse and worse: you can't be helped on site (neither with action nor with advice). The service hotline no. are either not available or they just throw you out at some point. Telephone number. on the bank slip is also not responsible for your bank issues, but only for the ATM! Sorry, but a bank that cannot be reached in any way in an emergency is absolutely remote from customers!! It's a shame, but that's how it's going downhill with all Migros branches in terms of proximity to normal customers!
Migros has too few people, especially in the back office.
Expect long waiting times on the various confusing hotlines. This is very annoying.

I understand why I owe this bank, tried calling for 4 mins to beg for deposit slips, in vain
All in all a very unprofessional bank. The bank takes more than a month to open a simple personal account. In addition, all of my information was entered incorrectly in the system, so that I finally had to wait longer. I was obliged to go to the bank in person to solve the problem.
I really can't recommend this bank for the faint of heart.
