Customer service is getting worse and worse: you can't be helped on site (neither with action nor with advice). The service hotline no. are either not available or they just throw you out at some point. Telephone number. on the bank slip is also not responsible for your bank issues, but only for the ATM! Sorry, but a bank that cannot be reached in any way in an emergency is absolutely remote from customers!! It's a shame, but that's how it's going downhill with all Migros branches in terms of proximity to normal customers!
Migros has too few people, especially in the back office. Expect long waiting times on the various confusing hotlines. This is very annoying.
Very nice and competent consultant.
Friendly staff who understand how customers need advice and care. Parking lots available. The branch manager identifies with the customer and finds the right solution for every issue. Wheelchair accessible.
