Very unprofessionally trained staff. They don't care amif the customer is standing in que for hours. Thier utmost priority is Thier own work rather customer dedication n satisfaction.

Walking towards the entrance of the bank, I was rudely stopped by the guard, stating to wear my mask. To my surprise, the guard was not wearing a mask himself. I appreciate the reminder, as I took my mask out and put it on. I would like to see the staff of the bank implement safety measures, not only inside the bank, but from the moment I make contact with the guard. As I enter the bank, I see the bank associates and management not wearing masks or not wearing masks as recommended. Being one of the recognized banks of Pakistan, I would expect safety measures being taken by ALL staff and management of the bank. Lastly, I have been to this location multiple times to use the ATM, and 4 out of 5 times, it is out of service. Management needs to find a permanent solution on fixing their ATM, and training their staff on the importance of implementing safety measures at all times. 1 star from me - severely disappointed...
