I’ve had to come to this branch about 3 or 4 times on a Monday, which is my day off because the branch that’s closest to me doesn’t have the ATM open and replenished. I’m thankful this branch has always been open and replenished.

The staff is very friendly and helpful even if for some reason I must walk up to the drive thru. Some vans are too wide for the drive thru lanes .

Easy access. No long wait time.

Excellent customer service! DeAnne was a tremendous help to me, taking her time to find a solution and staying with me on the phone while I navigated our phone providers website. Ultimately what seemed to vex me for weeks was now resolved with a 10 min call. Thank you for making my day! You deserve a big high-five!

Doors locked signs says they r there. No one to help at drive through either. This is just not ok. Redo the signs then . I am switching banks this is ridiculous

The ATM did not disburse my mother’s money from the ATM and Comerica and Direct Express refuse to return my funds. They both refused to do an ATM audit of the machines and have stolen my money. The only thing I can do now is file a complaint with the FDIC and the SSID department b/c she is on disability and that is her rent money. If I could give both company zero stars I would. I hope Direct Express and Comerica lose whatever government contract they have.

Terrible bank. Rude tellers especially when your not a member. Charge $10 dollars to cash one of there own checks. I definitely wouldn't open a account here

We have been banking with this location for 15 years. Every time I use the lobby I feel unwelcome by your employee Sneha Gophane . She is very negative and also ask personal questions that don't pertain to banking. When I make a deposit I don't need to be interagated.

I have large accounts in this bank as well as lines of credit. The staff had always been very nice to me (Ricardo, Daniela) - In the other hand Joyce England (The elderly lady) has been extremely rude (rolling eyes, interrupting me while trying to converse, not doing simple tasks like ordering checks etc.) not to mentioned rude on the phone to me and my family these past months. I will not continue to bank here unless someone from higher management has a word with her behavior towards customers.
