Comerica Bank 4730 State Highway 121 The Colony

The ATM did not disburse my mother’s money from the ATM and Comerica and Direct Express refuse to return my funds. They both refused to do an ATM audit of the machines and have stolen my money. The only thing I can do now is file a complaint with the FDIC and the SSID department b/c she is on disability and that is her rent money. If I could give both company zero stars I would. I hope Direct Express and Comerica lose whatever government contract they have.

I've always had a Great experience with this branch. Someone took my wallet and I had to go to the bank to cover my accounts. I was Distraught, Matha, Claudia, and Jorge were simply amazing. They did everything that they could to assist me with the issue.. They're always very helpful and resourceful. Matha is AMAZING !! I hope I didn't misspell their names.

I love all the people at this bank. They are friendly and very helpful. Claudia the bank manager can help with just about everything you need for business banking.

Extremely friendly staff at this branch. Most importantly, they are all trained well to handle my business and personal banking needs.

Terrible bank. Rude tellers especially when your not a member. Charge $10 dollars to cash one of there own checks. I definitely wouldn't open a account here
