The rudest tellers! They treat different people different ways instead of following a policy.

Joseph Shephard and his staff are absolutely amazing. They truly understand the value of superior customer service. I interact with them as part of my job at our firm. I could not be more impressed. Joe takes the time to not only explain transactions and procedures but to offer suggestions and insights as to options I wasn't even aware that I had. I see him more as a business partner than a banker. I always feel like he has time for me. Thank you. You have made my professional life easier and less stressful.

Absolutely abysmal experience. It took almost an hour to cash a check from a client whom I have been cashing checks on for 25 years. Apparently, their system is so out of date that they cannot pull signature cards electronically. They have to call their headquarters and get it FAXED (yes FAX) to them, which took forever. The 'manager' Angelique was equally useless as she sat at her desk and watched customers walk out in frustration. Word has it that Comerica is next to fail. I hope they look back as a reason why.

I was disgusted with the service I received from the call center today with Megan! She hung up on me when I was inquiring about being tripled charged at restaurant employee by mistake! I felt under valued as a consumer and disrespected! 5/6 minutes later I spoke with Holly from the call center and she took her time to help me! Holly deserve 5 stars! But Comerica I’m giving you 2 just because of Megan! Time frame 1:45-2:00pm

Comerica Bank has the WORST customer service EVER! The Lady wouldn’t transfer me to her superior because she knew she was not handling the call properly
