We have been banking with this location for 15 years. Every time I use the lobby I feel unwelcome by your employee Sneha Gophane . She is very negative and also ask personal questions that don't pertain to banking. When I make a deposit I don't need to be interagated.

I have large accounts in this bank as well as lines of credit. The staff had always been very nice to me (Ricardo, Daniela) - In the other hand Joyce England (The elderly lady) has been extremely rude (rolling eyes, interrupting me while trying to converse, not doing simple tasks like ordering checks etc.) not to mentioned rude on the phone to me and my family these past months. I will not continue to bank here unless someone from higher management has a word with her behavior towards customers.

I had a very unpleasant experience upon trying to cash a check that was from Comerica. Due to an issue on their end with check number assignment my check could not be found. Rather than figuring out what was going on by getting both the banker for the account and the company who holds that account on the line to solve the issue I was taken into a private room and falsely accused of check fraud while being interrogated by a strange women over a loud speaker conference call. It was surreal as she questioned me about very personal aspects of my employment, overall a very negative experience. I want to be clear that nobody involved seemed to have any ill intent, other than the strange women on the loud speaker. It just seemed like a case of poor system management from headquarters and incompetence at the branch.

This bank closed my cousins account after direct depositing his Social Security check and told him that he would receive a cashiers check in the mail it is going on three weeks now and he has not received his money. I hope this bank has enjoyed his money cause he cannot pay his bills and he is wracking up late fees.
