Rude counter teller. I came to replace a bank card, but was told to wait 4 weeks. Then she starts talking to her colleague asking what they do on the weekends. I'm like why are you girls chatting personal life when a customer is in front of you. Then another customer was at the back, and the teller speaks Chinese to the customer behind me, trying to brush me off. All I wanted is a new card to replace my old one. They come to work just to chat with their friends and not care about their long time customers. Chinese teller very rude, doesn't know good customer service.

Well always not been this bad as today, very rude teller who just didn’t want to help. He should learn good etiquette to speak with customers. Tellers should be trained to help not to make things worse for someone who may have taken some time off work just to sort out things. If a teller explains without frowning things can be very simple but here it was just the opposite. I will surely try another branch but Westpac is hardly open in popular malls. Hopefully the manager asks all his staff at the front counter to be more helpful. I still remember this teller’s name but won’t put it here.

The lady at the counter, probably Chinese descent. She is very rude and was very unprofessional to my mother. My mother ask for assistance to transfer money overseas, but was told that they were about to go on their break. So my mother waited on the seats provided and my mother waited several minutes until the Chinese employee approached her. The counter teller told her to "go home, don't bother to wait for us". My mother was feeling distraught and I went back to ask for the manager. But was told by the counter teller that the manager isn't working today. Westpac should firstly train their employees properly and this shouldn't happen ever. Also elderly abuse is not okay 😡😤😠.

Disliked as the ATM machines are behind a locked gate. Branch is tardy when it comes to opening in time. Service is not that good. 20/0618: had to visit the branch - aargghh - terrible service

The 24/7 self service atm doesn't work been here a few times doors locked And why am i not suprised that its still not working
