29.10.2017 No less than a St Heliere branch manager is very capable and extremely proud to HUMILIATE you in front of the wife, other people and staff. I would rather walk inside a gas chamber than this bank ever again until Westpac replaces or demotes the person concerned.
I have dealt with Stacey at St Heliers. She was extremely helpful, understood the bank's systems well and dealt with my requirements efficiently and in a very timely fashion. Excellent service.
The staff are polite, understanding, patient, efficient.
The service at this branch is underrated - I am unsure what happened with the previous ratings - I hope someone at Westpac sees this. Big thumbs up for both Kenneth and Robin, friendly service and helped me setup with my internet banking and credit card. Much appreciated
