I want to give a huge shoutout to Elizabeth at the Kearns branch for her incredible customer service. I had my Apple Wallet hacked and went through multiple frustrating experiences — including hours on the fraud line and a terrible experience at the other Park City branch — with no one able to help or even figure out what was going on. Elizabeth completely turned that around. She spent over two hours carefully combing through my account, tracking every detail, and identifying the issue that everyone else had missed. She was patient, thorough, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This is exactly how banking should be done — with care, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail. AWFUL experience with a clerk and manager Nayeli Reyes. We have had a premium account in Florida with our mortgage being paid since 2005. Today they tell us our account was changed to everyday checking and we have no benefit for cashier's check. We asked manager to waive fee today and we would return and find the appropriate checking account for our needs. Manager refused. We took all our money and will be ending relationship with Wells Fargo thanks to the ineptitude of the employees at this branch.

Went in with the intention of saving myself $2 at the post office on a cashiers check since my preferred account gets me free ones at wells fargo. I was immediately greeted by christian who let me know it would be $5-10 for the cashiers check. When i inquired why he asked for my ID and spent a lengthy amount of time on the computer apparently printing me a statement from last july and last august saying my product was changed (without notification to either of us on the account) and the new "everyday checking" did not include cashiers checks. He asked if i would like to discuss other account options but i had a passport appointment at the post office that I needed to get to so i asked if he could waive the $5-10 fee this time since this is the first time I heard my account was changed.... in my experience this is a minor waver in customer service' name. A joke is how I feel about what Wells Fargo has become. Out of the two Wells Fargo Branches in Park City only one is open on Saturdays and that one only has one banker on a given Saturday so that only way that you can make changes to your account is to make an appointment. I work Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm so I can not go during the week and now I have to make an appointment to make a simple change to my account since Wells Fargo does not want to have employees on staff to service their customers account. It is amazing how bad the service is now, but the bank is making record profits.

Abraham is awesome! Wants the best for his customers and is very welcoming. Wells Fargo needs more people like him!
