Wells Fargo Bank 33 West Chicago Avenue River North

I had a truly outstanding experience at the Wells Fargo branch at 33 W Chicago Avenue. The entire account opening process was smooth, efficient, and very professional. A special thanks to all staff especially Kevin Novak. He is not only highly knowledgeable about his work but also incredibly patient and dedicated. Kevin took the time to walk me through every step, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident. His genuine care and professionalism really stood out and turned what could have been a routine process into a very positive experience. The branch is lucky to have someone like Kevin, and I’m grateful for the excellent service he provided. It truly set a new standard for what great customer care should feel like.

The access machine at ATM is broken, can’t get in during closed hours while they say they have 24 hour access, what a joke this Wells Fargo branch is. FIX your atm access machine.

I’ve come here on multiple occasions and I don’t always have great experiences. I’ve had an old white security guard hover over me while at the window, an employee assumed I was with the only other colored person in the building, and I’ve had the teller judge my requests at the counter. Not to mention that there’s always a wait on Saturday. You can come early and you’ll still need to wait

Will have you wait in line for at least 45 minutes before seeing a person. Mangers are to good to open up a new line to serve customers. Horrible all around and needs to be closed. This is a waste of Wells Fargo money and its customers time.
