Nirmali is an amazing banker. My uncle Yohannes has been going here for years and she has always assisted him and remained thorough throughout the years. She is extremely efficient, kind and helpful. I appreciate her transparency in answering our questions. I definitely will recommend her to my friends and family in the area.

I have had great experience each time I have visited this branch. The bankers always greet me warmly and I have not had to wait more than a few minutes for assistance. The manager Ed El Bachiri especially, provides excellent service each time I have used this branch. His customer service is outstanding and he quickly and smoothly gets your banking needs done. One time, even when it was just about close of business hours, he made it a point to take my appointment and complete my banking request. Other bankers, including Jon, Nirmali and Victor, have assisted me at this branch and they have likewise been outstanding in their customer service. Jon was quick and efficient with his bank services, Nirmali helped me troubleshoot an issue with patience and persistence and Victor patiently worked through my banking requests. Thank you all for your 5-star service!

I rarely need to go into a bank due to direct deposit, mobile app. I went to the Clarendon branch today and my experience could not have been better. I was immediately greeted by the manager Ed El Bachiri and he personally made sure I was taken care of. The entire staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I work in hospitality so I know great genuine service when I see it. As far as others complaining about their car getting towed…anyone living in Arlington knows parking is at a premium and if you park in an open lot and are not there for the establishment you risk being towed.

Amazing service. Scheduling beforehand due to COVID situation allows to have a safe and personalize experience. Staff is willing to help. Service and products of the bank fit your needs. I really recommend Wells Fargo. Also they have well prepare bilingual staff. More than pleased to have Wells Fargo as my main financial service.

As stated in several other reviews, the Wells Fargo parking lot is subject to aggressive towing despite very sparse and unclear signage regarding parking. I parked in the lot (it was almost entirely empty) well after business hours. I saw signs in one area saying parking was for bank customers only. I parked in a row where there were no signs at all. Thinking I was in the clear because there were no signs and the bank was long closed anyway, I proceeded to park... only to find my car gone upon return. Predatory, unnecessary, and unfriendly for promoting local business - Wells Fargo should be ashamed.
