Went here with one of my body piercing apprentices to have her registration of supervisory relationship notarized. Taylor was SUPER nice, eager to help us and a wonderful example of what customer service should look like. Im definitely switching to this bank!

My wife and daughter came through, drove an hour to get help with some paperwork. They had an hour till close and Mr Gerarado was unwelcoming towards my wife and daughter. Unprofessional. You had an HOUR. To do YOUR JOB. Unprofessional.

Visited today to pick up some euros I ordered. I do not understand the bad reviews here. I had the most pleasant experience with the two women representatives. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a Wells Fargo client for over 30 years. I wish this branch was closer to where I live. Keep up the good work!

Do you people EVER answer your phones?!?! Edit: When we called customer service , they told us to contact our local branch directly for our questions. I've tried to call many, many times over the past week and have talked to exactly zero local bankers.

If your request requires more time, I strongly recommend visiting a different branch. The staff at this location may not have the time or patience to provide thorough assistance. What’s more concerning is that it’s not just about limited service—it’s that you might be misled to believe your issue can only be resolved through their long wait times on telephone banking. In reality, many of these issues can be handled in person, on the spot. In fact, I’ve had cases where this branch turned me away, but another branch resolved the exact same issue immediately. This has happened to me more than once.
