Horrible experience, I asked the teller to deposit into a personal Account and she deposited into my business account when I said 3 times everyday checking, I notice right after I left the teller, I told her about it and she gave me attitude, I asked for a manager and she is in charge, asked for a business card she doesn’t have one either, she is in charge she said, she is the branch manager I guess, Betty Jones is her name, my main concern was that she deposit the money to my business account, and I don’t want to show it as an income and pay taxes on money that has been taxed already. She said she canceled the transaction. But what I don’t accept is her attitude and the talk over me, asked me how can she fix it then cut me off when I’m explain it to her

The worst wells Fargo bank I've ever been in 38 years of banking with them. I waited in a short line at the inside counter FOR 25 mins and never even got served. 5 bank employee were doing everything but taking care of customers. And when I was about to get to the counter, the lady was telling her boss that she had to go on break, that she was late getting a break. I had to walk out without any service because I have a job to get back to. Do yourself a favor, Stay away from this bank. They totally suck, and the worst part of it was that they don't even CARE,..........

First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge Ms. Brittney at the Tharpe location, despite my frustrations with this banking process... She has been the ONLY person that has not lied to me and that has been honest. I was told numerous lies to get me to open an account. Every time I come in here it's some bs. I was lied to and told there was a way to get EIN only funding for a new business... Lie. I was told that as long as I had an account many services (that I have yet to see is in fact) available to me... Lie... I was also told there was a $400 bonus when you open a new business account... LIE!! I called the CS, and the lady said there was no record of the bonus bc of some code? WHOLE TIME we set up the account thru the link... How can y'all not keep up with the slowest tasks?? The older lady at the branch stay taking other bankers appts which is aggravating... Bc imagine being well into your process for a service. And here she comes and need a whole run down on what's going on rat

Made me wait over 45 minutes to get my ID back in the drive-through very understaff Bunch of people in the lobby, but they can’t help you crazy I had to go to another Wells Fargo on the other side Time to get a new bank

Went here Friday am with my 18 yr old daughter, who is a new freshman at Florida State, and just moved here from Colorado. We deposited money in cash to open an account for her, and they somehow managed to put it in somebody else’s account so that she has no access to her own money. They said it would be 3 to 10 business days before they can unwind it. Avoid this branch and bank at all costs! This is fundamental banking negligence, gross incompetence and tantamount to fraud. UPDATE: branch manager was able to escalate and get provisional funds deposited late Monday evening while they work to reverse the deposit they made into someone else’s account. Appreciate the help, but not a good first experience… between us we spent 4+ hours on phone to make it happen. Hoping subsequent interactions are better, but back office systems clearly need some work. Would also expect a little more than “we’re sorry” for having to go through this. Updating from 1 to 2 stars.
