Wells Fargo Bank 1501 Del Paso Boulevard North Sacramento

The Del Paso Wells Fargo tellers are always friendly and efficient. Even when there is a long line inside the bank, I've not waited a long time. The ATMs here only work during normal business hours tho!

Wasn't crowded. Personal banker was very helpful.

Great bank I been there for 16 years

Wells Fargo has always been a super bank and customer service is great. Only concern I have is we cannot call our local bank and phone customer service is lousy. Called for a notary and the first time gave us an appointment for anybody. Now we have to go to the bank personally and make an appointment for a specific day.to have document notarized. Time wasted

They always provide a welcoming environment for myself and my children. I am always asked if I would like a coffee or a water while standing in line. They treat my children to lollipops and sometimes other snacks with my permission ofcourse. The bankers have awesome personalities and are not cold and calculated like they are just trying to get to the next patron. It may take a minute to get to the window but it is worth the wait to get to have a banker that cares about your banking experience personally. This bank is often packed because of this stellar service so if you want a dip in and out cold calculated banker that will get you in an out this is not the bank for you.
