Wells Fargo Bank 13140 U.S. 301 Riverview

Came in to resolve fraudulent purchase attempts, process a refund claim, and open a savings. I felt like this was asking a lot out of a 1hr window, but Jeffrey did an amazing job. He was kind, cleared up everything I came to this branch to do, and gave great banking advice - especially helpful as someone soon to turn 18 & consider credit cards. If I ever need to come to Wells Fargo again, I will be looking forward to seeing Jeffrey

I dont want to give any stars to this location , the manager is Awesome but the teller name Yolanda has the worse customer service, and I ended up closing my account at Wells. She really need to go to more training. It would let me post without giving a star .

Went to the riverview Branch and I don’t regret it. I made an appointment and went right on time to open an acct. Mr Jeffrey was super awesome , friendly and patient during the entire process. He explained to me all the details without pushing me or rushing me into something that I did not want. He is friendly and the whole process will go very smooth and quick. Thank you Jeffrey and may you be blessed in your endeavors. The bank teller Naomi is also super nice and also helped me with a friendly attitude. I had a very good and positive experience with Wells Fargo for my first time visit. If you want good service please make an appointment and be on time , there won’t be a problem. I don’t know why the reviews are really bad but I appreciate the service I got.❤️

Well, I have been trying to do a wire transfer. The appointment website and app is not working, so I had to walk in. What I used tl like about Wells Fargo was how quick they were assisting their clients, before the appointment system. Now well, I came today at 10 am, is 1:33 pm and there is no signs of anyone helping me to do a 15 minute only transaction, anytime soon. This is unacceptable.

Naomi presented herself with professionalism a great personality kind and customer service was excellent. I had a issue at another branch. Ms. Tia did a follow-up call with me. She was very concerned and I truly appreciate her. Her professionalism demeanor personality kindness and charm are definitely a plus. I just had another follow-up call with Miss Nicole at escalation at Wells Fargo. She was very interested in my issue shared some information she is very informative. I did let her know how I appreciate it Ms. Tia and Naomi. I had Wells Fargo when I was in California and as I relocated to Florida I am a customer again. Wells Fargo is a branch that is very dedicated to their customers. I'm so proud to be a customer and treated extremely well. Thank you kindly, Wells Fargo.
