Took my old uncle to the bank to withdraw some money from his isa, 1hour and 15 minutes later and 21 questions later was told the manager need to approve it but is on a phone call 45 mins later manger walking about I don’t know it was her but I said excuse me do you know where the manager is and said yes that’s me so I said well we’re waiting for you said two mins and comes back 10 mins later for another set of questions, terrible bak poor facilities no toilet for old pensioners absolute disgrace.

Pre booked an appointment to open two savings accounts for my son's. Got to the branch and it was cancelled. No telephone call to ore warn me or anything when I had arranged a baby sitter. Not had an apology or anything. I've emailed the lady that set the appointment up and she has not responded. Booked in at cleckheaton now hoping they will be a better branch. I won't be using this branch again.

Kerri was very personable, professional and helpful with my trip here, couldn’t recommend speaking to her more! Her approach is great and she’ll make time for you.
