My recently deceased husband has an Isa with this Company. Unfortunately, so do I. Barry died on 31st October 25 and I am devastated. Virgin say “they try to make things easy”. I don’t think so. I am dealing with 6 Banks and Virgin is by far the worst. I have been pushed from one phone number to another. One member of staff didn’t appear to know the answers to my questions. There letter still has not arrived. They sent a copy by email and it was impossible to gain access to it. I have enough to deal with without this stress. Will never deal with them again!

Very disappointed with Virgin Money’s handling of my mortgage during a family crisis. I was given a clear verbal assurance that interest would be capped while I repaid funds early, only for this to later be denied by another adviser. Payments were also made difficult due to their systems, and I was refused manager or compliance contact details. As a vulnerable customer, I expected far better care, consistency, and transparency. Now pursuing a formal complaint and considering escalation to the Ombudsman.

A company of thieves tried to steal money from my account. 750 pounds. but my bank blocked them. will be reporting to the police for fraud.

Tried taking £750 from my bank when i have had nothing to do with this company in my life. Getting my bank to do an investigation on them as i have always been with BT and never been with virgin money. Thieves.
