Normally there are staff waiting to jump on you as soon as you walk in ...not today. Waited for a time then had to leave and came back and still waited 20 minutes. 1 staff on who knows what to do and wasn't rushed by 5 customers waiting. She went out of her way to help a customer who needed to make an appointment to return anyway. Made it worse for me because I was on annual leave too.

Dealt with a gentleman called Mark Lucas on 2 occasions, he's an absolute legend, professional, friendly and couldn't do more for me & mum,he went above and beyond, he even put off taking his lunch break to sort mums issues out. Deserves a pay rise ,bonus and promotion !! Great staff are hard to find and you have one virgin so hold on to him !!!

Absolutely tragic. Women stood around handing out cakes only two people on the till and the que is huge. Are they deliberately making going into a bank the worst possible experience so you bank online?

I was a bit put off opening an account because of the reviews. They couldn't do enough for me even though I didn't have an appointment and they didn't have anyone spare. They let me use a phone in the office and all my work was conducted there.

Mark is the person who assisted me without his help I would have been stuck sadly scammed too and he helped me get through to the fraud team who assisted thank you soo much for your wonderful support and kindness
