Virgin Money 21 James Street Harrogate

Excellent service and lovely staff. Neelam introduced herself and was so warm and welcoming. I usually dread popping in to the bank, however, this time it was a pleasant change!

The manger of this branch treats you like a criminal if you want to get cash from your account they demand you provide invoices and say they will need a meeting to access your own account ,then the very unprofessional manager says its security issues I express I can bring my brother's but apparently the manager of this branch decides wether your entitled to get your own cash out .if you want access to your own money via cash then don't use this bank .the manager thinks she can decide when you can have access to your own money very alarming, unbelievable it is our money not the banks .I'm closing my account . Get a new manager she was so unprofessional,rude and argumentative.you money is not safe in this bank

I was advised by online banking to visit a branch in person, turned out to be the wrong advice. However, thanks to the amazing assistance of Holly? ( Harrogate branch) my matter was successfully dealt with…. Thank You

Dreadful customer service in the Harrogate branch, as well as horrendous 1 hour wait times on the telephone helpline. Save yourself the hassle and deal with a bank that values their customers.

Just recently I've had go go into the harrogate branch quite a bit to sort mums affairs out I just wanted to say Fiona has Been amazing, such a lovely kind helpful girl
