Slowest and most unfriendly bank people I have ever encountered. Queue is too long and no chairs available except for seniors. I only had to deposit a few cash but waited for almost an hour to be assisted. One important factor you have to consider when choosing the bank you want to invest with, customer satisfaction. One thing they failed to serve their customers.
The teller was unfriendly, very slow service. They not even entertain my son whose going to open a new account, instead they said to come back another day. We waited too long, then come back another day!
