I owe my heartfelt compliments to this branch, which was unknown to me until recently. I entered yesterday for the first time, but it's a historic branch in the area. I found the environment to be truly refined, welcoming, and above all, well-maintained. I had little interaction with the employees, but as soon as I entered, their friendliness was evident, welcoming me with a smile and so much kindness. I was positively impressed by everything!!! A special THANK YOU, however, goes to the new director, Dr. BARBARA VENERANDI. I've been her client for many years and would never change my position. A figure of excellent competence and professionalism. Available and always willing to help. I have so much admiration for her, and the company couldn't have chosen a better person to appoint to this branch. Human qualities that are always disarming, no matter how outstanding. The director of excellence that every public institution should have. Based on my experience, I would follow her anywhere.
Unfortunately, I had a disconcerting experience with this bank, which ended well only thanks to the kindness of one employee. However, I will transfer my money to another, more organized bank.
Rude staff incapable of resolving customer issues. Some, dissatisfied with their service, become annoyed by the insistence of dissatisfied customers, even threatening to "headbutt" other colleagues. I recommend looking at other branches with more competent and compassionate staff.
The bank is empty. I enter, a friendly employee at the withdrawal and deposit counter was serving a woman. I ask for information from an employee who is free for an emergency. Annoyed, she replies, "We need to see who's free." The bank closes at 4:00 PM. It was 2:20 PM. I ask, "Does it take two hours to unlock an app?" She doesn't, but at most, it'll be another day. Another employee calls me and helps me, but in a rude tone because I wasn't used to writing on a tablet with the digital signature. At that point, I'm quite annoyed because it's impossible to be so rude, impolite, and indifferent to problems. It doesn't take much to ruin your day. Smile and be helpful. Change jobs if customer service bothers you.
Terrible staff, I went in to write a cashier's check and was told we don't provide cashier services, a BANK that doesn't provide cashier services.... since there is a fully functioning Banca Sella credit institution next door, I made the decision after 20 years to RUN AWAY from this phantom former bank.
