The office is closed for renovations, and obviously this isn't indicated anywhere: it takes an hour to get there and park, and then all that time is wasted. What professionalism!

Disgusting experience today. I went to request information for a trading account as an AIRE resident, and the bank clerk gave confusing, incomplete, and hasty information, explaining that it required "a lot of paperwork to sign," all while distracted by the video conference he was attending.

I've been a Fineco account holder for years. After an initial trouble-free period, I began to experience support issues, both from my advisor and from the Fineco online team. I was determined to switch online banks when, by pure chance, I stopped by this branch to inquire about the matter. I met Dr. Emanuele Di Domenico, a young, old-school advisor whose expertise and knowledge are ready to guide clients in their investment decisions and resolve any issues that may arise when managing an online account. Bottom line: I chose him as my advisor (he's always available, when necessary, to assist and advise me, even simply over the phone without having to visit the branch in person). My husband, too, chose him as his financial advisor, and Fineco has thus managed to keep two disappointed account holders who were about to switch banks.

Unprofessional staff. They forget scheduled appointments and refuse to provide even basic information about a mortgage if you don't have an account with them. They wasted my time. Unspeakable.

Opening hours: 9:05 At 9:05, no one had shown up at the branch.
