I gave it a 1 because there were no 0s. I went during the business hours listed on the website, but the counter said they don't do business in the afternoon. Isn't it a waste of such a large space and facilities? In my opinion, all the employees are just playing around, so why are they paying them? Is there another country like this in the world?
Very slow service. The lady that helped me to close my bank account was nice. Unfortunately, I do not recommend Unicredit. There are plenty of better banks in Italy with better online and in-person services.
Always 1-2 people in cassa, instead of 6. Waiting for an hour, if you come later than 10.00 - 100%.. When they were closing for lunch, there was a women saying that cassa is blocked and asking clients not to come in. Some of the clients were sitting there from 11.00…
Waiting for bank service I think best time is open to bank 8.30 or 9.00 becous somany people are waiting here From 9.30 is toooo late 👎👎👎
