Is it the most ridiculous bank I’ve ever come across. Student especially coming from a different country should never never open an account here. There are known to trouble students and charge unnecessarily. So I would request new students never to open an account here and if you have an existing one and is possible to shut it please do so.

The conditions for certain operations are strict and unnecessary. Charges are higher than other banks.

I booked an online appointment to open an account, but instead received a call where I was asked several intrusive questions about why I needed it and where I live. I was then told I couldn’t open an account at this branch simply because I don’t live in the “right” area. Even after explaining that I’ll be moving soon and that this location is more convenient for my work, the staff member was dismissive and said she would refuse me anyway if I showed up. Very disappointing experience — rigid, unhelpful, and quite rude for a first interaction with the bank. And she cancelled my appointment right after the call. Thank you

I contacted the branch for an emergency regarding my bank account. They greeted me and helped me quickly and with great availability. A special mention goes to the manager, Lavinia Galipo', for her professionalism.
